From the moment your contract is signed, a dedicated Onboarding Consultant (OC) is assigned to get you running on real client work quickly. The Kickoff Call
A 30-minute call with your Sales Executive, OC, and designated Champion sets the tone. We cover provisioning, team training, and what success looks like. This session is designed to be energizing, not clinical. For our Mid-Market and Enterprise clients, your Account Manager also joins here to ensure a seamless long-term strategy.
Phase 1: Provisioning (3 to 5 Business Days)
Before your team ever logs in, your OC works with your Champion to configure everything: instance setup, client upload, branded presentation templates, carrier distribution rules, and user permissions. By the time your team shows up, Plansight is ready to run a real renewal.
Phase 2: Guided Working Sessions
Your OC joins your team via Zoom to run actual client renewals inside Plansight. There are no feature walkthroughs here, only real results. Your first session opens with a finished, branded client presentation built during Phase 1. The OC demonstrates end-to-end, then hands control to your team. Each session covers the full renewal lifecycle:
Onboarding is complete when your team is running renewals independently, not just when a checklist is finished. SMB clients stay with their OC as their primary contact; Mid-Market and Enterprise clients transition to their Account Manager.
Your CS team actively works with you to make sure you’re using the right tools, in the right way, for your specific book of business. This isn’t just about adoption; it’s about getting real time back in your day.
